Advanced Propagation at SABOT

This advanced course will continue with the topic of asexual plant propagation.  Methods include hardwood and cactus cuttings; air layering demo, and orchid division, in addition to aquick overview of tissue culture.  Participants will go home with hardwood and cactus material.  Topics covered: use of asexual propagation, hardwood, cactus, orchid, air layering, and tissue cultures.

Instructor:  Layni Langham, Gardener & Propagation Specialist, San Antonio Botanical Garden

Fee: $20 ($18, Garden members).  Registration is required; deadline is November 15 by 5:30 P.M.
