SADS members will discuss the earliest daylilies, what they looked like, and where they originated in this program which will kick off a series of programs about the progression of daylilies from the earliest to the now modern form. These early daylilies were treasured for many reasons. Come and learn why. What did they look like? Who grew them and why? SADS members begin a historical look at daylilies. Don’t miss the start of it all. It’s Daylilies: A History, Part 1.
