Ethnobotany of the Plants on the Hill Country Trail

Come discover which plants were important to the early Native Americans, what some of their ethnobotanical uses were, and how some of these same plants are used in our culture today.  This class will include a tour of the Hill Country Trail and a tasting of some traditional and non-traditional foods made from these native plants.

Instructor:  Gary Poole, Texas Master Naturalist and member of the Native Plant Society of Texas
