Hands-On in the Garden — Orientation

Learn to garden among a community of gardeners! Attend the Cibolo Nature Center and Farm’s “Organic Gardening 101” and then adopt a plot for the season at Herff Farm’s Teaching Garden. This program will include:
- A community of gardeners providing instruction and tips
- Tools, fertilizer, and seeds to use at the Farm
- Discounted gardening workshops
Teaching Garden will be open to participants February 17 to June 9, 2018, on Tuesdays, 4:00-6:00pm; Fridays, 9:00-11:00am; and Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm.
Color codes for the calendar are as follows:
- Orange: These are events for BCMG members only.
- Blue: These are public events for which BCMG members can also receive CEU credit.
- Green: These are events that are open to the general public.
