Speaker: David M. Vaughan, Consulting Arborist, Arbor Vaughan Consult, LLC
Mr. Vaughan, with a degree in Agriculture in Natural Resources Development from Texas A&M University, is among the first group of arborists certified in Texas and is also oak wilt certified and qualified. He serves on the board of directors for Alamo Forest Partnership and San Antonio Arborist Association.
