Making Wreaths with Herbs – San Antonio Garden Center Mtg.

November 3 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

San Antonio Garden Center Monthly Meetings and Programs are free and open to the public.  Meetings and Programs are the 1st Wednesday of each month, September–May.  A Coffee Social and Plant Exchange / Sale begins at 9:30 AM with the program following at 10:00.

Making Wreaths with Herbs

Speaker:  Mary Dunford, Owner, Nature’s Herb Farm

Mary will show how to construct a ‘living’ wreath using dried herbs.  She’ll demonstrate how to grow and collect the herbs that can be woven into many different styles of wreaths—and not just fall and Christmas, but year ‘round.  Mary’s passion for herbs as a hobby grew into a business when she opened Nature’s Herb Farm in 1984.  Her greenhouses now produce more that 300 varieties of herbs, vegetables, perennials, and succulents.
