Speaker: Chef Dave Terrazas
Chef Dave Terrazas, from the San Antonio Botanical Garden’s new solar-powered culinary garden will demonstrate new and interesting ways to prepare our Harvested Vegetables. He is known for his creative combinations of ‘produce forward’ tapas-style creations. A tasting of the dishes will follow his demonstration!
Make plans to arrive at 5:30 PM for the PLANT SALE! Choose from Dwarf Cherry Surprise Tomatoes, Chile Piquin Peppers, Valley Cat and Ruby Crush Tomatoes, Grande Jalapenos, Sweet Slice Cucumbers, Black Beauty Eggplant, Ichaban Eggplant, Sweet Basil, and Citrus.
