Roots of Change: Community Gardens and Food Justice

Brian Gordon, Food Sovereignty Coordinator at Roots of Change Community Garden, will discuss the struggles of the food justice movement as well as the state of that struggle in San Antonio. Participants will learn how community gardens can help address the nutritional and social justice needs of our community. He will also talk about Roots of Change Community Garden and its role in promoting community stewardship.
Free to the public but registration is required.
