Session 1: Micro Greens: Young, Bright…and Nutritious!
Scott will show how tender and different micro greens are from their grown versions. He will talk and do a food demo using micro greens, a simple vinaigrette and a hearty avocado toast with lots of micro greens.

Session 2: Mulching Your Garden Beds
Laura will discuss the benefits of mulching your garden beds beyond aesthetics. Mulch not only looks good but offers weed control and helps keep moisture in your soil. As you plan for spring gardens, Laura will demonstrate how to properly mulch your garden beds.
