Speaker: Robert Nowlin
Mr. Nowlin is a former Bexar County Master Gardener and owner of the organically certified Raising Kale Farm. He will introduce you to the world of mushrooms, which he grows on a specifically designed mushroom growing system. He will show different varieties of mushrooms and tell how to use them in your food preparation. A Q&A will follow his presentation.
