Bug Club is an opportunity for youth interested in entomology and insects to learn more about them through interactive, live, virtual lessons with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Entomologist, Molly Keck. For those who cannot make live lessons, you can watch the recorded versions!
Through a series of nine weekly lessons, we will be learning all about important insects of Spring. Topics this Spring include pollinators and bees (including a live, virtual trip inside actual bee hive), mosquitoes and how they’ve shaped our nation’s history, and experiments with insects that can be done at home.
Bug Clubbers will be mailed a kit containing all the materials for each lesson and activity. Lessons will be recorded and posted to a YouTube Channel – so you can participate live or on your own schedule!
