Butterfly ID Workshop

Join naturalist Patty Leslie Pasztor on a walking butterfly workshop in the Garden. Discover some of the many wonderful butterfly species found in this area and techniques for distinguishing them. We’ll also identify the native and adapted plants these butterflies rely on for their larval and nectar needs. Participants will learn how to record these observations and will have the opportunity to volunteer for the North American Butterfly Association (NABA) butterfly count later in October (optional).
Free with Garden admission, but attendees must preregister. Space is limited.
