Topic: Long Range Weather for Our Area
Mr. Horne will discuss the complex undertaking of predicting how the weather will behave over the coming hours, days, weeks, and months. He will present a long-range forecast for the area and explain how it compares to the averages and will take a look at El Niño and La Niña and what role they may play in 2019.

Justin Horne was born and raised in West Texas and spent much of his childhood fascinated by Texas weather. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Texas A&M University and has earned the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist Seal Of Approval.
