Tomato Canning Workshop

Tomato plants can yield an abundant crop in a short time, and canning is a great way to use up and preserve what your garden produces.
Texas Agricultural Extension Service agent Connie Shepard will show participants how to can tomatoes. Take this opportunity to meet Connie and ask questions about all sorts of canning. Everyone taking part in the workshop will take home a can of tomatoes.
